4th Congressional District is of 1 of 435 throughout our nation. None of these districts has ever sent a Representative to our Nations Capital with 50%+1, with a majority of eligible voters after the voting rights act. “We the People” has always settled for less rather, than demand representation for all Americans. No representative can proclaim that she/he represents his people until he/she holds 50% + 1 of the eligible voters.
So this morning on MSNBC’s Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough had Pat Buchanan on the phone to discuss the recent NIE revelations about Iran, and Bush’s pathetic performance yesterday in saying that he didn’t find out about it until just now. Both Pat and Joe were absolutely incredulous at that statement.posted by Rick | 9:07 PM
