4th Congressional District for Washington State
4th Congressional District is of 1 of 435 throughout our nation. None of these districts has ever sent a Representative to our Nations Capital with 50%+1, with a majority of eligible voters after the voting rights act. “We the People” has always settled for less rather, than demand representation for all Americans. No representative can proclaim that she/he represents his people until he/she holds 50% + 1 of the eligible voters.
